Ingredients

1 pineapple (1 kg)

2 limes

2 tbsp granulated cane sugar

1 bunch mint leavesmint leaves

600 ml pineapple juice

Approx. 400 ml mineral water

Chopped fruit, such as orange, pineapple, lime

Sprigs of mint

 

 

Stand the pineapple up and cut into quarters. Cut off the rind and chop up the flesh.

Wash the limes and cut into slices. Put the pineapple and lime in the freezer for at least four hours.

Place the frozen fruit into glasses. Sprinkle over the sugar and mint leaves.

Pour over the pineapple juice and top off with mineral water. Scatter over the chopped fruit and garnish with mint sprigs.
