Cold smoked reindeer balls (8 pcs)


2 slices rye bread (Real)

100 g cream cheese with chives

1 dl cold-smoked ground reindeer


salt, black pepper



Crush up the rye bread, for example in a blender.

Add the ground reindeer, cream cheese and chives and mix into a paste. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Roll the paste into balls, then roll them in chopped chives or ground reindeer.
